Manchester City star Phil Foden has joined the growing jacket potato craze while his order has got people talking.
Food content creators The SpudBros shared a video to their millions of followers on social media on Wednesday (August 26) of the England international visiting the popular van outside The Trafford Centre.
In the video, 26-year-old Foden said he had been "dying to try" Preston food brand SpudBros after seeing their content online.
The Stockport-native elected to go for a recommendation of the woman who served him, which saw him secure a jacket potato topped with cheese, baked beans, tuna and coleslaw.
The toppings got people in the comments talking, with a few saying they were unimpressed with the order.
One person commented: "Tuna on cheese and beans is WILD."
Another said: "Tuna beans coleslaw … that looks terrible."
One commenter saw the funny side of the Premier League star ordering the meal days ahead of a fixture against Crystal Palace, writing: "If he doesn't perform against [Crystal] Palace I'm blaming you."
At the end of the video, the server told Foden the meal was on the house, which triggered many commenters to express their opposition to this decision.
One wrote: "When I’m down to my last £10 million I’ll pop round for a free one."
Another piped: "Good job it was free hes only on 280 grand a week at city!!"
SpudBros opened the truck outside The Trafford Centre earlier this summer and recently announced on their social media they would be launching an international franchise in the United Arab Emirates.
