Dramatic dashcam footage released by the police shows them chasing a suspicious vehicle being driven by a teenager.
Police said a "suspicious" blue Volkswagen Golf was spotted in Union Road, Oswaldtwistle, at around 6.10pm on Wednesday (August 26).
The driver of the Golf failed to stop and, after a short pursuit, the vehicle was stung and the occupants were detained in Shadsworth Road, Blackburn.
A 16-year-old boy from Blackburn was arrested for dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance.
The Golf has been seized.
