A Blackburn man accused of being concerned in the supply of drugs will stand trial after denying the allegations.
Joe Hannan, 33, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday (August 18), where he entered not guilty pleas to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and heroin, and possessing crack cocaine with intent to supply.
The charges allege that Hannan, of Hall Street, was concerned in the supply of the drugs between May and July last year.
They further allege he possessed crack cocaine with intent to supply in July 2025.
Hannan was bailed ahead of a pre-trial review on March 15.
A trial estimated to last two days was scheduled for May 4 next year.
