Stones Young Sales and Lettings, an estate agency with locations in Blackburn and Clitheroe, has launched a new branch in Great Harwood to expand its reach and improve support for clients.
Rachael Stones, director at Stones Young, said: "Great Harwood felt like the natural next step for us.
"We already have established offices in Blackburn and Clitheroe and Great Harwood sits perfectly between the two, allowing us to better serve our existing clients while strengthening our presence across the area.
"We've been selling properties in Great Harwood and the surrounding area for many years, so opening an office here was something we'd wanted to do for a long time.
"It's a fantastic town with a real community feel and we're excited to become a part of it."
The opening follows a major refurbishment of the premises, which took longer than planned.
Rachael said: "What we thought would be a fairly straightforward refurbishment quickly turned into a complete renovation.
"The biggest challenge was having to relocate the staircase so the building complied with current fire safety and building regulations.
"That alone was a major piece of work and once we started opening things up, it became clear that the building needed much more extensive work than we'd originally anticipated.
"It definitely took longer than we expected, but we didn't want to cut corners.
"We wanted to create a space that both our team and our clients could be proud of and we think the end result has been well worth the wait."
The new office signals continued growth for the business, which first launched in Blackburn before expanding to Clitheroe.
Rachael said: "Opening our third office is a huge milestone for Stones Young and something we're incredibly proud of.
"Great Harwood has always been an important part of the area we cover, so having a permanent presence here allows us to offer an even better service while supporting the town and its local property market."
To mark the opening, Stones Young is running a giveaway across all three branches.
One seller from each location will win the chance to sell their property without paying estate agency fees, up to a maximum value of £2,500 including VAT.
