An Accrington man is one of three who have been charged with child sexual exploitation in Bury.
He has been charged as part of Operation Sky, an investigation into alleged non-recent rape and sexual abuse in Bury.
The men have been charged with 46 offences connected to child sexual exploitation, and are due to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 22.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between 1996 and 2003, with the charges relating to incidents involving 10 girls aged between 12 and 16 at the time.
Zaheer Iqbal, 52, from Accrington, has been charged with four counts of rape of a female under 16.
Ashfaq Khan, 46, from Bury, has been charged with 36 counts of rape of a female under 16, along with other related offences.
Qamar Jehangeer, 44, from Bolton, has been charged with four counts of rape of a female under 16 and two counts of false imprisonment.
Greater Manchester Police said the investigation has been "complex and sensitive."
A spokesperson said: "Officers are working with trauma-informed support services to safeguard and support all those who have been affected.
"They continue to work at length to ensure their safety and well-being is the number one priority."
Police are encouraging anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted to come forward and report it to the police or a support agency to access help and support.
