A man has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and sexual assault.
Pawel Skros, 39, of Warwick Street, Church, entered the pleas at Preston Crown Court today (Friday, July 10).
Skros was charged with attempted murder following an alleged incident in Warwick Street on March 15.
The charge of sexual assault was first heard at the hearing today. Skros denied both offences.
A provisional trial date had already been set for September 7 and this will now take effect. It is scheduled to last for five days.
Skros was remanded in custody ahead of the hearing.
