A crash and a fallen tree have been causing issues on Lancashire roads this morning (June 26).

A fallen tree has partially blocked Haslingden Road, Townsend Fold, causing disruption and slow traffic in the area.

The blockage is affecting both directions and is causing delays between Union Road and Lock Gate.

A spokesperson for AA Traffic and Travel said: "A681 Haslingden Road both ways partially blocked, busy but moving due to fallen tree between Union Road and Lock Gate."

Accrington Road southbound in Whalley is also partially blocked due to an accident.  Traffic is slow due to an accident at Burnley Road.
