A live music venue in Burnley has been listed for lease following its closure in May.
Anthony Dawson Real Estate has listed Loom Bar, oin Bank Parade, for rent, describing it as "ready to trade from day one".
The property is available to rent for around £1,200 per calendar month and is described as a fully fitted bar and kitchen.
A spokesperson for Anthony Dawson Real Estate described Loom Bar is “quite possibly the premier location for live music in Burnley” and has hosted a range of events from rock to pop performances.
They said: "The venue speaks for itself, it has got it all.
"In recent times, it has been configured as a restaurant, but more lately a live music venue where many a fantastic party night has been held.
"What a wonderful opportunity this is. We have all of the bar configuration, all the seats, we have a two-tier setup, we have a fantastic kitchen array, toilets, and secure frontage.
"While there is no red wine warmer, I am confident there is something behind the bar to keep you fully hydrated.
"This could be the opportunity you have been looking for."
The business, known by many for its live music events, is described as having a two-tier setup, along with bar seating, a kitchen area, secure frontage, toilets, and bar configuration.
Previous events hosted at Loom Bar included parties, which former management say contributed to building a "loyal following" and an "active customer base".
Loom Bar’s former management recently announced the decision not to renew the venue’s lease, citing challenges in maintaining a viable kitchen.
A spokesperson said, “Over the past five years, many of you will have seen the work, passion, and energy that’s gone into building LOOM into one of Burnley’s most recognised venues for music, drinks, and food.”

The former owners describe Loom Bar as an “established brand” with thousands of Facebook followers and recognition in Lancashire.
As discussions about the venue’s future continue, former management has encouraged the public to support live music in the area, adding that the offer presents “a genuine opportunity for the right operator to step into a fully established, ready-made venue with a strong reputation”.
