Water tankers will remain in an area of Blackburn following a burst water pipe.
United Utilities said a burst pipe happened over the weekend close to Dover Street and is affecting homes in the BB1, BB2, and BB3 postcode areas.
Issues ranged from poor water pressure to discoloured water to no water at all.
United Utilities confirmed that repairs to the burst were completed earlier this morning.
A spokesperson s said: “We are currently refilling the water main. This process can take some time, as it needs to be done gradually to protect the pipework and prevent any further issues with your supply.
“We will continue to monitor the network closely until everything returns to normal.
“Our fleet of water tankers will remain in your area to support the network during this time. As a result, you may notice some fluctuations in water pressure, particularly during busy times of the day.”

The burst happened on the hottest days of the year, with temperatures set to hit 30 degrees later on Tuesday.
In a further update today, a United Utilities spokesperson said: “While we carry out this work, you may see our fleet of water tankers in the area helping to keep customers’ taps flowing.
"We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank our customers for their patience.”
