The managing director of a boutique Ribble Valley hotel has been named among the Industry Titans in the prestigious Boutique Hotelier Power List 2026.
Since joining Northcote as general manager in 1983, Craig Bancroft has devoted more than four decades to transforming the property into a benchmark for excellence in food, wine, and service.
Northcote has earned national acclaim under his stewardship, as well as a host of prestigious awards and a loyal following of guests from around the world.
Boutique Hotelier described Craig as a leader who, "while fiercely protective of Northcote's values and identity, has continually evolved the offering to meet the expectations of modern luxury travellers."
Working alongside chef patron-director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Craig has helped shape Northcote into what many regard as an oasis of hospitality excellence.
