Police in the Ribble Valley closed a major road following a crash.
The incident happened earlier this evening on the A59 at Gisburn.
An air ambulance was called alongside a number of ambulances and fire engines.

A police spokesperson said: "Please be aware that the A59 at Gisburn, from the junction of Hellifield Road to the junction with Yarlside Lane is currently closed both directions due to a road traffic collision.
"This closure is going to be in place for some time, so we recommend avoiding the area and finding alternative routes if you're travelling near the area."
