This Bank Holiday weekend, there will be no slip lane closures off the M65 junction at Blackburn undergoing major roadworks.
Blackburn with Darwen confirmed the slip road off at junction 5 will remain open from 6am on Friday to 6am on Tuesday.
Work is ongoing to upgrade the junction, and there have been long delays for drivers.
Works have meant the A6077 and eastbound entry and exit slip roads are closed, with closures operating on weeknights only - from 9pm to 6am.
There is also no access to Haslingden Road, Blackamoor Road or School Lane from Junction 5 during closure hours.

Once complete, the scheme will aim to ‘reduce journey times and help lower air pollution levels as part of a wider £30 million investment in local transport improvements’.
The works are being delivered by Balfour Beatty.
A council spokesperson said: “We know overnight closures can be disruptive, particularly for nearby residents and businesses.
“These works have been carefully planned to keep disruption to a minimum wherever possible, while ensuring the safety of both road users and the workforce.
“Clearly signed diversion routes will be in place throughout, and access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
“This is the first phase of overnight closures planned for this summer.”
