A Burnley bar is encouraging customers to "support venues and live music" after deciding not to renew its lease.
Loom Bar, located on Bank Parade, is looking for a new operator after its current owners decided not to renew the lease.
The venue is currently open and an "official closing date is not yet confirmed", according to the managers.
Management is encouraging people to continue supporting live music events while discussions continue about its future.
A spokesperson said: "Over the past five years, many of you will have seen the work, passion, and energy that’s gone into building LOOM into one of Burnley’s most recognised venues for music, drinks, and food.
"While we’re incredibly proud of what’s been created, our challenges in establishing a consistently viable kitchen have been well documented.
"After a great deal of thought and careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision not to renew the lease.
"That said this opens up a genuine opportunity for the right operator to step into a fully established, ready-made venue with a strong reputation and loyal following."
The business is described as a fully fitted bar and kitchen ready to trade from day one.
It is described as an "established brand" with strong recognition across Lancashire, thousands of Facebook followers and an active customer base.
A spokesperson said: "Operational setup in place, including licences and stock (subject to transfer/arrangement) no setup, no buildout, no delays — just walk in and operate.
"This is a turnkey business with a flexible deal structure available for the right person, subject to landlord approval and relevant licensing requirements.
"A rare chance to take over a venue that’s already built - and take it to the next level. Serious enquiries only - message directly to arrange a viewing.
"Official closing date is not yet confirmed, we are still open for now so make sure to join us for at least one last boogie."
They emphasised that business is continuing as normal and encouraged continued support from the community.
Management said: "We hope you will come down and continue to support the venue and live music."
