A Fleetwood care home is set to open its doors to the public later this month, inviting visitors to experience life inside the facility and meet its care team.
Fleetwood Hall Care Home will host a two-day open event on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28, running from 10.30am to 3pm each day.
The event will give members of the local community the chance to tour the home, speak with staff and residents, and learn more about the care services on offer.
Operated by Sandstone Care Group, the home provides residential, dementia and respite care for older people in a purpose-built setting designed to support up to 62 residents.
Visitors attending the open day will be able to explore the home’s facilities, including communal lounges, dining areas and landscaped gardens, while gaining an insight into the daily activities and personalised care programmes available to residents.
Organisers say the event is also aimed at those considering a career in care, offering an opportunity to find out more about roles within the sector and speak directly with the team about working at the home.
The open days are designed to showcase the home’s welcoming, community-focused environment and highlight its person-centred approach to care, which focuses on helping residents maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
