A man is wanted as part of an investigation into reports of assault and disqualified driving.
Carl Heaney, 25, from Blackpool, is wanted on recall to prison as part of the investigation.
Heaney is 6ft, slim, with short, blonde hair.
Police said he has links to Blackpool, St Annes, and Kirkham.
