A new fundraiser offering fans the chance to win signed merchandise from former One Direction star Zayn Malik aims to raise more funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine.

The online giveaway has been launched by The Palestine Project, a community fundraising initiative founded by Hana Saith, from Blackburn, and Sasha Malik, from Bradford.

Organisers say the campaign is designed to reach a wider international audience while continuing to raise money for vital aid in Palestine.

The Palestine Project said the giveaway helps draw global attention to its fundraising work.

They explained that the promotion helps bring a worldwide audience to the campaign, encouraging wider participation and ultimately helping raise more funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine.

Zayn has also supported the initiative.

Organisers said he has been impressed with the work being carried out by The Palestine Project and wanted to help encourage more people to contribute.

They said: “Zayn Malik has been incredibly impressed with the work done by The Palestine Project. As someone who has continued to advocate for the cause himself, he has provided signed merchandise as an incentive for his fans to support the incredible work of his family and their friends.”

The giveaway follows a 100 percent donation model, meaning all money raised goes directly towards humanitarian aid.

Funds raised will help provide medical care, food, clean water and shelter for families in Gaza.

Supporters can enter the draw by donating a minimum of £2, with each £2 donation counting as one entry.

Participants are also asked to include their Instagram handle in the donation message so organisers can contact winners.

Two prize bundles will be awarded when the winners are announced on March 21, 2026.

The first prize includes a signed Zayn book, a signed Room Under the Stairs CD, an Arabic “Zayn” jacket, and a Sour Diesel T-shirt.

The second prize includes a signed Zayn book, an Arabic “Zayn” jacket, an Icarus Falls hoodie, a Sour Diesel beanie and an Icarus Falls T-shirt.

Multiple entries are allowed, with organisers saying the more people donate, the greater the impact the fundraiser will have for families in need.

Supporters are also encouraged to follow The Palestine Project on Instagram and share the campaign to help reach more people worldwide.

Donations and entries can be made through the project’s JustGiving page.
