Matalan in Colne is set to close its doors for good next month.
The branch, located at North Valley Retail Park, will shut on March 7, a spokesperson for the company has confirmed.
Matalan said it is now working to "support colleagues" and relocate staff members to other positions "where possible".
A Matalan spokesperson said: "Our store at North Valley Retail Park will close in March.
"Our priority now is to support our colleagues.

"We are working closely with all those affected and, where possible, exploring alternative positions.
"We have thoroughly enjoyed serving customers at the retail park and hope they will continue to shop with us at our nearby Accrington or Blackburn stores."
Customers can continue to shop at the nearest Matalan branches in Accrington (around 11 miles away) or Blackburn (around 15 miles away), or through the website and app.
Until its closure, the store at North Valley Retail Park will remain open as usual.
Matalan, a UK retailer founded in 1985, sells clothing and homeware across hundreds of locations and through its online platform.
It is not the only Matalan branch facing the chop in the north west,
Matalan has confirmed that its store at the Station Business Park on as a site on James Street, in Carlisle, is also set to close its doors on March 7.
