By far the most popular pub among locals is The Rhoden Inn in Oswaldtwistle, with one replying to our Facebook post request saying you “can't beat it.”

On October 9, 2025, The Rhoden Inn was crowned Lancashire Telegraph’s Pub of the Week.
The pub, which is run by husband-and-wife team of Damian and Bethany Hodgson, is dedicated to raising money for the community.
It hosts several events, including a family fun day every year and even has its own song.
Visitors have praised the pub on Google Reviews, where it has a 4.4/5 rating from 141 reviews.
