Charter Walk is bringing Halloween magic to Burnley.

The shopping centre is hosting a free pumpkin carving event on October 30, starting at 11am and running until all pumpkins are gone.

The event will offer children the chance to choose from a variety of spooky designs, which will then be carved by Charter Walk volunteers.

Debbie Heron, centre manager at Charter Walk, said: "This is one of our favourite events of the year.

"It’s a lovely way for families to get into the Halloween spirit together, and we’re delighted to be able to offer this fun activity free for the community."

Pumpkins are provided by Charter Walk, and children will be able to take their carved pumpkins home to enjoy as part of their Halloween celebrations.

For safety reasons, children will not be carving the pumpkins themselves.
