The popular Rivington Festival of Light is set to return later this month.
It will take place over four evenings from October 16 to 19, bringing illuminations, sculptures, and lanterns to the Rivington Terraced Gardens.
The exhibition will be centred around the Japanese Lake and the surrounding woodlands.
Guests can enjoy laser displays, live music from singer and guitarist Marc Winstanley, hot food, desserts, and drinks.
Briony Jolley, Rivington project manager, said: "The Festival of Light has become a ‘must-attend’ event for families across the North West and beyond.
"This year, we are committed to making it even more spectacular, and our fantastic team of staff and volunteers have been hard at work getting everything ready.

Funds raised from the festival will go towards the continued restoration and upkeep of the gardens, helping to preserve the historic site for future generations.
