A renewable energy firm has expanded its reach with the addition of three new franchises.

Ribchester-based Green Shield Group announced the latest additions to its national network, covering South Lancashire, South Yorkshire, and South Gloucestershire as part of its wider UK expansion.

The new franchises will support the adoption of solar and low-carbon technologies in their regions, backed by training and operational support from the company’s head office.

Simon Bancroft, strategic business manager at Green Shield Group, said: "We’re pleased to welcome our new franchise partners to the Green Shield Group network.

"They each bring a unique blend of experience, energy, and passion for sustainability that perfectly reflects our mission.

"With demand for renewable solutions rising, our franchise model allows us to scale quickly while creating regional centres of excellence that support businesses and communities."

Each franchise partner receives full training in technical delivery and business operations to ensure consistent service and compliance.

James Vincent, the new franchisee for South Gloucestershire, said: "I was looking for more than just a business opportunity.
