The council plans to restrict waiting on the road's south side, from 29 metres west of its junction with Pine Street for a distance of 41.7 metres.
The proposal is part of a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Pendle Borough Council, No1 Market Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 9LU.
