Budding filmmakers got their hands on state-of-the-art filmmaking equipment at a series of talks and workshops in Blackburn.
Hosted and organised by local filmmaker Aeman Ali Afzal founder of This Is TAE, the free workshop at the newly refurbished Blakey Moor Terrace allowed people across the North West to test high-end cameras, lighting, and a Tilta Hydra Alien car rig.
It was the first time such gear and expertise were available in Blackburn.
Tilta, Blackmagic Design and Essential Photo and Video with Godox and KNOWLED brought pro-grade film gear to town for the hands-on creative event.
Attendees also heard from Blackburn-born film directors, Kyle and Liam Bashford - The Bashford Twins and Sam Wain of Blackmagic Design.

Aeman said: “For years, creatives here have had to travel miles to get access to this level of equipment and expertise.
"The success of this event proves we can bring the world’s best right to our doorstep, no more waiting for permission, no more limits. This is the start of something massive for the North West’s creative scene.”
Aeman added: "This isn't just film, it's the future in motion."
