Balazs Toth - 7
Didn't have loads to do apart from one early save. Couldn't do anything about the goal, which was fired past him into the bottom corner.
Callum Brittain - 7
Solid at right-back. Didn't fly forward relentlessly as most of the play came down the Rovers left. Solid defensively.
Dom Hyam - 7
Very vocal in organising the defence and those ahead of him. Games like this give an insight into how key he is to glueing things together.
Sean McLoughlin - 6
Solid on debut aside from a small blip for the Qatar SC goal. Read the game well and wasn't overly troubled.
Yuri Ribeiro - 6
Put under pressure by the lively Sanda on the Qatar SC right. Involved in the mix-up for the Pedro goal. Solid but still has gears to go up.
Lewis Travis - 7
Got stuck in and flew around with his usual vigour. Some nice passes into the forward line from deep.
Sondre Tronstad - 6
Hasn't quite regained the full sharpness that made him Player of the Year. But another important 60 minutes in the tank.
Ryan Hedges - 7
Set up the opening goal after doing well to win the ball high and provided a clever pass. Didn't get heavily involved aside from that early contribution.
Todd Cantwell - 8
A fantastic performance in the number 10 role. Set up one goal and rode two challenges to score the second. Impressive.
Dion De Neve - 6
Clear how much he offers with his running power and intensity to press. Still needs to refine other parts of his game which will come.
Yuki Ohashi - 8
Took both of his goals really well. Two clinical finishes whilst looking razor sharp. Looks like he's benefitted from a bit of a break this summer.

Nick Michalski (45') - 7
Didn't have lots to do but made one smart save at the near post.
Harry Pickering (45') - 6
Solid and dependable at left-back.
Kristi Montgomery (45') - 8
Has looked really bright in pre-season. He's full of energy down the right and clearly wants to take the opportunity given to him.
Lorenzo Mullarkey-Matthews (45') - 7
Bright down the right and has surprised a few in pre-season. Flashes of quality again.
Augustus Kargbo (45') - 7
Another typical Kargbo performance. Electric in some moments and confusing in others. Produced a lovely cross for Tyjon to head in the fourth and then tapped in the fifth goal.
Makhtar Gueye (45') - 6
Lead the line up front and provided a physical platform. Unselfish to set up Kargbo for a tap in.
Scott Wharton (60') - 6
Was rarely troubled in the last half hour as the intensity in the game dropped.
Tom Atcheson (60') - 6
Built on his cameo against Everton with a strong performance.
Ryan Alebiosu (60) - 6
Showed a glimpse of what he'll be about for Rovers. Plenty of pace and attacking intent.
John Buckley (60') - 6
Composed in the middle of the pitch as legs tired around him.
Igor Tyjon (60') - 7
Took his goal nicely, heading into the net after a nice cross picked him out.
