More than 50 people joined a marathon fundraiser to support Rossendale Hospice.
Fitness instructors Katie Curran and Jaz Smith organised the HIIT 4 Charity event at The Circle in Bacup, raising more than £1,000 for the hospice.
HIIT stands for high intensity interval training.
The event attracted participants from Liverpool, Burnley, Barnoldswick, Rossendale, and even Ibiza.
From a raised platform, Ms Curran and Ms Smith led the fundraisers through the workouts, assisted by three girls from the HIIT Company on the floor.
They started with cardiovascular, moved on to step, and then a 'HIIT Challenge', with all participants paying to take part and all money going to the charity.
Each received a goodie bag as a thank you.
Ms Smith, who works in three local gyms, including Real Gym 24 in Waterfoot, said: "I have been participating in HIIT-style fitness for eight years.
"I have a real passion for it – I live and breathe fitness.
"I trained in Ibiza and some of my friends from Ibiza have come to support the fundraiser."
Ms Curran, who was third in the fitness coach category of the British Fitness Awards in 2023, said: "I am ecstatic, happy, grateful and proud.
"It turned out better than I expected.
"It was amazing to do something that I am so passionate about in front of my friends."
The fundraiser was not just for adults, as Ms Curran’s son Harrison and other children also joined in.
Nadia Lahraoui, from Mold, North Wales, said: "Today has been amazing, I had the best time and I worked out.
"It has been a wonderful atmosphere."
Amy Kirby, who lives half the year in Burnley and half as a dancer in Ibiza, said: "I discovered HIIT Step in Ibiza which is when I met Jaz as she was running the classes next to the sea.
"Today we have been in a beautiful setting, a former church with beautiful stained-glass windows."
Vicky Woods, who came from Liverpool, said: “I came along to support the girls and it has been brilliant, raising money for charity and having an energetic start to a Sunday.”
