Santa Dash is back for another year and whether you’re taking part or you want to watch the festive run take place, we have all the information you’ll need.
Participants will receive a Christmas medal for taking part and there are some additional prizes up for grabs, including the best fancy dress.

What is the Santa Dash?
The Santa Dash is a four-mile trail run where participants are encouraged to sport fancy dress outfits as they run.
It often sees people run while wearing Santa costumes or other festive accessories.

When and where is the 2024 Santa Dash?
The 2024 Santa Dash will take place on Sunday, December 22 at Jolly Crofters Public House on Chorley Old Road in Horwich, Bolton (BL6 6RE). The run begins at 10am.
Ye Jolly Crofters has also hosted a Christmas market this year with a variety of stalls.
Posting to its Facebook page, it shared pictures of the market with Christmas plants, books, sweet treats and more available.
The historic pub re-opened in 2019 after it underwent a £250,000 refurbishment, with amazing renovations inside and out.
The revamp was the biggest in the pub’s recent history and followed the establishment’s recent takeover by Marston’s.

The bar and dining areas were expanded plus new decor, furniture and photographic displays of historical and cultural interest were added.
Outside a new decking area and two beer gardens at the front and rear of the building were added.
Are there any tickets left for the 2024 Santa Dash?
The event has proved to be popular this year with tickets having sold out. They were available for £13.50, including the £1.50 booking fee.
