More than 100 cannabis plants have been discovered at a house in Accrington.
Police found the electricity had been bypassed at the property near Adelaide Street.
A man from Manchester has been arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation.
Police said he was also wanted as a result of a court warrant.
Electricity Northwest visited the property to make sure it's safe.
