Police have launched an appeal to find a Blackburn man who they think has information regarding an incident of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm

 Jordan Russell is 24 years old and is 5ft 8ins tall and has short light brown hair.

The incident in question occurred in Bolton Road, Darwen, on September 2 and involved a man being assaulted with a weapon.

Lancashire Police said Mr Russell is aware officers want to speak to him, and they are asking him to attend a police station to comply with enquiries.
