Police have charged a man over two burglaries at properties in Accrington.
Officers said on Wednesday 13 March, police were called to reports of a man trespassing inside a garden shed on Winchester Avenue. Bottles of spirits to the value of £50 were taken.
On Tuesday 19 August, police were again called to reports of a burglary on Queens Road. Cash, televisions, computer equipment, jewellery, a mobile phone and watches were taken from the property.
After extensive enquiries, a man was arrested on suspicion of theft on August 29.
Jack Wright, 22, of Hough Lane, Leyland, has since been charged with two counts of theft and has been remanded in custody until Monday 14 October, when he will appear at Preston Crown court.
