Preston's Aven Restaurant has been included in the esteemed Good Food Guide, just a year after opening.
This marks yet another remarkable accomplishment for the city's only fine dining venue, following its receipt of three AA Rosettes and a mention in the Michelin Guide earlier this year.
Established in September 2023 by Oli Martin and Alex Blamire, Aven is a 'cornerstone of gastronomic perfection' in Preston's culinary scene.
Martin, a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, along with Michelin-starred head chef Sean Wrest, helm the kitchen, transforming this cosy restaurant into 'an essential stop for food lovers nationwide'.
General manager, Samantha Haigh, said: "We are just so over the moon.
"From Aven opening to being where we are now in just under a year is incredible.
"Everybody here has worked so hard over the past 12 months, and we are all so pleased to have yet another achievement to shout about just before our first anniversary."
The inclusion of Aven in the Good Food Guide is a significant accolade for Preston's burgeoning food scene, highlighting its rising prestige in the culinary world.
As the city's only venue of this calibre, Aven proves exceptional dining can flourish outside of traditional food capitals.
Distinctively focused on seasonal tasting menus whilst committed to creativity and quality, Aven is on a promising path to becoming a staple in the UK's select food guides in the foreseeable future.
Further details or reservations can be obtained via Aven's website.
