A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a stabbing.
Police were called at around 6.45pm on Saturday (August 31) to reports of a stabbing and a man in his 50s was found with stab injuries.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
The incident happened in Morecambe.
Lancashire Police have confirmed a 17-year-old boy from Wigan has been arrested on suspicion of murder and he remains in custody.
The stabbing is being treated as an isolated incident.
