A man will stand trial next year after denying two counts of sexually assaulting a child.
Stefan Saghin, 29, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday (August 29).
He entered not guilty pleas to two counts of assaulting a boy aged under 13 by touching.
Saghin, of Littlemoor Road, Clitheroe, will face a four-day trial on June 30, 2025, expected to be at the same court.
He was granted unconditional bail ahead of a pre-trial review on May 6, 2025.
