A teenage girl was left injured following an assault at a music festival.
The 16-year-old girl was attacked on Albert Road, Colne, at around 7.30pm on Sunday (August 25).
It came during the Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival which was held throughout the town over the bank holiday weekend.
Police said a 17-year-old girl was arrested and dealt with by way of a community resolution.
Community resolutions are non-statutory ways to deal with some crimes and anti-social behaviour when the offender accepts responsibility.
A spokesperson for Colne Town Council, who organised the festival, said: "It is a shame that a minority want to spoil the atmosphere for the rest of the festival-goers.
"Security dealt with the issue very quickly and we hope everyone makes a full recovery."
