A van driver has been reported after police found an eight-month-old child unrestrained in the vehicle on the motorway.
Officers from Lancashire Police's roads unit stopped the grey Ford Transit on the M55 today (July 10) just after midday due to the driver and the passenger not wearing seatbelts.
Although there were only two seats in the van, they found an eight-month-old baby was being held by a 13-year-old passenger.
