A man will stand trial later this year after denying a series of driving offences, including dangerous driving.
Steven Hargreaves, 40, of Anne Close, Burnley, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Wednesday (July 3).
Hargreaves is charged with dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking and vehicle damage over £5,000, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, and failing to provide a specimen.
It is alleged that Hargreaves took a Ford Fiesta from Burnley and drove dangerously in Nelson in June of this year.
He entered not-guilty pleas to all counts.
Hargreaves was remanded into custody ahead of a trial, which was set for November 14.
