Here’s a photo which will bring back memories for many visitors to Burnley in the Eighties.
It shows the staff at the Acropolis Café in June 1983.
We think that the cafe had a large mural on one wall depicting the historic building from which it took its name.
We’re hoping Looking Back readers can tell us more about the café. Where was it exactly? What was on the menu? Email bygones@nqnw.co.uk or leave a comment if you can help.
