A man will stand trial next year after denying three offences of sexually assaulting a female.
Philip Holmes, 63, of Avondale Road, Nelson, entered his pleas at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday (June 25).
The alleged offending took place in May of last year in Burnley and allegedly involved different teenage girls.
Holmes will next be in court on December 13 for a pre-trial review.
His trial date was set for February 10, 2025, and is expected to last five days.
He was granted unconditional bail until then.
