A man will stand trial next year after denying an offence of causing grievous bodily harm.
Richard Nelson, 40, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Wednesday (June 19).
He entered a not guilty plea to one count of of section 18 causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The alleged offending is said to have happened in Burnley in May of this year.
Nelson, of Manchester Road, Burnley, will stand trial on February 25, 2025, at Burnley Crown Court.
The trial is expected to last three days.
