A driver was stopped in Blackburn after they claimed they were 'unaware' of their disqualification.
Their car was stopped as it had a defective tyre, and the police found they also had no insurance.
The grey Hyundai was seized and the driver was reported for disqualified driving.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "This car was seized and the driver reported for disqualified driving, no insurance and defective tyre, when stopped in Blackburn.
"The driver claimed they were unaware of the disqualification, despite being reminded of this fact the day before by police."
