Police are warning drivers after heavy rain led to the closure of road just outside Burnley.
Robin House Lane which leads on to Catlow Bridge and Southfield Lane was closed due to flooding.
Drivers were asked to find alternative routes.
Earlier, a weather warning had been issued for the region and persistent heavy rain was due to continue throughout the evening.
