A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assault outside a football ground.
Police were called to Harry Potts Way, Burnley, on May 19 to a report that a 16-year-old boy had been assaulted.
The 15-year-old was arrested at the scene and has been released under investigation.
The arrest comes after a video circulated on social media appearing to show an incident involving football fans outside Burnley FC's Turf Moor on Sunday.
