A man is to stand trial in 2026 after pleading not guilty to sexual assault and possession of cocaine.
Mark Whitehead, 56, was accused of possessing the drug in Colne in July last year and also of sexual assault on a woman in Foulridge days before.
Appearing at Burnley Crown Court on Monday (May 20), Whitehead, of Princess Street, Colne, pleaded not guilty to both offences.
A trial date was set for February 23, 2026, and is currently due to take place at Manchester Crown Court.
Whitehead was granted conditional bail.
