A 31-year-old has been charged after a man was suffered stab wounds in Preston.
On Friday morning officers were called to West Cliff, Preston, to a report of an assault.
A man in his 40s was found to have suffered injuries to his chest and arm.
Police arrested a man at the scene. Jack Sanderson, 31, of Charlesway Court, Lea Road, Preston, has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, and possession of a Class A controlled drug -cocaine.
He has been remanded to appear before Preston Magistrates Court on Monday (20 May).
