A man is to stand trial after pleading not guilty of possession with intent to supply.
Le Van Phuc, 29, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply after a man was arrested at Preston railway station last month.
County Lines taskforce officers stopped a man on April 18 and allegedly found almost 10kg of cannabis inside a suitcase.
At a plea and trial preparation hearing on Friday, May 17, Le Van Phuc, of no fixed abode, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
A trial date was set for October 8 and is expected to last around three days.
He will next be in court on August 30 for a pre-trial review hearing and has been remanded in custody.
