Blackburn with Darwen Council is to join the national “We are Undefeatable” campaign to support people with a range of long-term health conditions.

Developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and backed by National Lottery funding from Sport England, it aims to encourage finding ways to be active that work for people with health conditions.

The council is in partnership with Together A Healthier Future and "We are Undefeatable" and is launching this campaign in the borough to help and inspire people with long-term conditions to boost their health and wellbeing.
