A man from Colne is to stand trial after denying nine sexual offences.
Joseph Chapman, 35, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Thursday (May 16) charged with six counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15.
He is also charged with two counts of meeting a girl aged under 16 following grooming, and one count of causing or inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.
Chapman, of Beacon Close, Colne, pleaded not guilty to all offences.
A trial date was set for June 9, 2025.
He has been released on conditional bail.
