A teenage boy suffered a broken arm in a crash between a bicycle and a car in Blackburn.
The crash between the boy on the bike and a black BMW, which police say had 'heavily tinted windows,' happened at around 7.50pm on Wednesday, May 8.
Officers say the boy, 15, was riding west on Park Lee Road when the driver of the BMW exited an alleyway between Noorul Uloom Faith School and Mowbray Avenue.
The boy was taken to hospital with a broken arm and has since been discharged.
