An arrest has been made as police investigate reports of a fight in Darwen.
Police were called to Duckworth Street, at around 6pm, on May 9, to reports of a group of men fighting.
Officers attended and an investigation is under way.
A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault and on suspicion of affray. He is currently in custody.
A police spokesperson said: “We were called to a report of a group of men fighting on Duckworth Street, Darwen at around 6pm yesterday (May 9).
“Officers attended, and an investigation is under way.
“A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault, and on suspicion of affray. He is currently in custody.”
