Officers called to a disturbance to a property in Chorley discovered 150 cannabis plants.
Police attended an incident in Avondale Road at around 1.15am this morning (Friday 26 April).
When officers arrived, they found a cannabis grow inside the property.
There was also evidence that the electricity had been bypassed and electricity North West attended to ensure the area was made safe.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
