One lane has re-opened on a busy Blackburn road after a fire at a business park.
Firefighters rushed to a large fire at the business unit on Saturday evening (April 6), leading to Preston Old Road being closed in both directions.
This closure remained in place throughout Sunday, though Blackburn with Darwen Council have confirmed one lane re-opened overnight.
A three-way traffic control is in place in the area.
Posting on X on Sunday evening, the council said: "In the next few hours, one lane of traffic will be reopened along Preston Old Road near the main entrance to Witton Park.
"Delays are expected so drivers are advised to take alternative routes where possible.

"Full access to the park will be available from Monday, and Witton Park Arena will be open as normal."
The fire involved a commercial property around 30mx30m in size, with eight fire engines from Blackburn, Hyndburn, Darwen, Bamber Bridge, Fulwood, Penwortham, and Preston, along with aerial ladder platforms from Preston and Hyndburn, attending.

Traffic was diverted away from the site with drivers having to find alternative routes.
Preston Old Road is a main route in and out of Blackburn connection to Pleasington Playing Fields, the cemetery, Cherry Tree, and the M65.
Access to Witton Park was restricted throughout the weekend and those attending the Easter Fair were given different access routes to the park.
The council also confirmed the building, believed to be a mattress factory, will have to be demolished due to the amount of damage it has taken.
